Book Request Form – Nigeria

1. We are a Social Enterprise: Books2Africa is a registered social enterprise in Nigeria, and our mission is to promote a culture of reading and 'readcycling' in order to improve the quality of education in Africa. The books we provide are donated and not for sale. We only require beneficiaries to contribute a small distribution fee to cover our overheads and distribution costs, to keep the organisation going.

2. Book Distribution Fee: Our Book Distribution Fees in Nigeria are currently set at a flat rate of ₦500 per book for our Basic Categories (primary, secondary, novels and hobbies) and ₦1,000 per book for tertiary and reference categories).

3. Domestic Delivery Fees: A separate Domestic Delivery Fee is required if we are to ship the books to you within Nigeria, depending on your location. Note that we deliver to a motor park in your state and you'll receive a call to collect your package of books from there.

4. Payment Methods: On this form, you'll be able to provide us with the quantity and types of books you want and your contact and delivery details before making a payment via Flutterwave or Bank Transfer (GTB). We'll then confirm your order and payment before selecting and dispatching your books.

5. Pallet Distribution Fee: For bulk orders of pallets of books (1,000 books or more), the flat pallet distribution fee will be N500,000 per pallet for basic education categories and N1,000,000 per pallet for tertiary and reference categories. Bulk orders for pallets currently in stock at our Distribution Centre in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, can be made by contacting our Admin Team via +2349099663110 or [email protected]. For book categories not available in stock, bulk orders for pallets can be made from our UK Office online via https://books2africa.org/requestform/. Bulk orders from the UK office will also be able to pay the applicable pallet distribution fee in Naira and collect the pallet from our office in Jos which will be shipped via our Container Sharing Service (CSS).
