Digital Study Kit Form

Welcome to the Digital Study Kit Application Form. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure you complete the form correctly and prevent any delays.

You can use this form to request for the Digital Study Kit and fund the processing cost of £100 if you are collecting in the UK, £150 if you want door-to-port shipping to Africa and be liable for any clearing/destination charges, or £200 inclusive of clearing and delivery to your door in Africa via DHL. You can make payment by card at the end of this form or request an invoice to pay by bank transfer within 14 days of approval.
