Shipping and Delivery

We generally have two categories of items on our online store:

  • Items we stock ourselves.
  • Items that are stocked by a third-party supplier on our behalf.


On the items description, each item will have in the description whether we stock it ourselves or it is stocked by a third-party supplier. 

Items we stock ourselves

  • Dispatched within 2 days of ordering.
  • We offer free standard Royal Mail delivery within the UK, except if you request a tracked delivery service and pay for it.
  • Free standard UK delivery within 3-5 days. Paid tracked delivery within 1-2 days via DPD or DHL.

 

Items stocked by a third-party supplier

  • Dispatched within 3 days of ordering.
  • We offer free standard Royal Mail delivery within the UK, except if you request a tracked delivery service and pay for it.
  • Free standard UK delivery within 3-5 days. Paid tracked delivery within 1-2 days via DPD or DHL.

 

International shipping

  • We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class) typically arrives in 6 days to the EU and 10 days worldwide. It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our refund policy varies depending on the item you order.

Clothing and customised items

  • We make all shirts, hoodies, sweaters and branded merchandise, especially for you. As they are customised just for you, we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty or your instructions have not been followed. We cannot re-sell your garment. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.

Stationery and other non-branded products

  • We offer up to 30 days free return policy for any non-branded products. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Charity Shop FAQs

We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, our standard delivery (Royal Mail First Class) typically arrives the next day in the UK (but can take up to 7 days), in 6 days to the EU and 10 days worldwide. It is important to note that delivery times are out of our control, as we do not deliver the goods ourselves.

If the error is ours, we will reprint free of charge. If the error is yours, we will reprint for 25% of the original amount. If we have sent you the wrong size garment, we will absolutely remake it for you in the right size when you return it. 

The guidance measurements given next to the shirts are supposed to represent what size person they fit. They are not the actual measurements of the garment itself, which naturally need to be larger than the person they are designed to fit.

Firstly, please ignore the washing instructions in the garment itself. These are for blank garments and not printed ones.

Wash your shirts at 40 degrees or less. Iron on reverse (cool). Do not tumble dry.

Whilst Royal Mail normally deliver all first class post within 1-2 working days, they can on occasion take longer. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, allow 7 days before calling us. We cannot authorise any remakes before this time has passed as Royal Mail have been known to deliver within this time.

However, if you paid to have Express delivery, contact us immediately as we can provide you with the tracking reference to chase it with the carrier.
